Disclaimer

While we aim to keep product listings accurate and up to date, availability cannot be guaranteed. If an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable, you will be notified by email. Due to screen display differences, actual colours may vary slightly from what appears online. LUC LEQUEL is not responsible for such discrepancies.

Price Changes

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Prices confirmed at checkout will be honoured for that transaction.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are securely processed via Stripe and charged in full when your order is dispatched.

Import Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means import duties, local taxes, and handling fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in the final purchase price unless stated otherwise.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

To request an exchange, please email info@luclequel.com with your order number and item details.

Discount Codes

Discount codes may not be applicable on selected or sale items. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.

Currencies

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Currency conversions and any additional fees are subject to your bank or payment provider’s terms. LUC LEQUEL is not liable for currency-related discrepancies.

Undelivered or Uncollected Orders

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect delivery information or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any redelivery fees.
