Exchanges

Our Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging
  • All tags must remain attached
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

How to Request an Exchange

Please email info@luclequel.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you would like to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement size or item

Once we confirm availability, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service
  • Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected
  • If your requested exchange is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@luclequel.com within 7 days of receipt, including photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess each case individually and advise on next steps.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We are unable to accept exchanges for any item that:

  • Has been worn or washed
  • Is returned without original tags or packaging
  • Is marked as a final sale item
